Learn to make and decorate clay tiles from ceramic tile mosaic artists Susan Day and Kerri Jerome. Techniques explored include sgraffito, slip transfer, slip trailing, stamping and relief. Colour will be applied using slips and underglazes. Each participant will complete 4 finished tiles over the course of the workshop. All materials are included. This workshop runs on 4 consecutive Thursdays, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at Westland Gallery. $195 + HST.
