About Us
Our Vision and Mission
Once located in the historic Westland Building in the heart of Old South’s Wortley Village, Westland Gallery has been exhibiting and selling original, local and area art since 2013.
Recently, the gallery moved back to 247 Wortley Rd., where Westland Gallery owners Al and Karen Stewart began their framing business in 1997. The building has since been beautifully renovated into a gallery space that houses Westland.
Westland Gallery was originally opened in June 2013, following extensive renovations to the 156 Wortley Rd. building, for which the Stewarts and previous building owner Gene Lamont were awarded a 2010 ACO – HLF Heritage Award. Westland Gallery is still located in Wortley Village, on the corner of Tecumseh and Wortley, in a community that was awarded Best Neighbourhood in the Country in the Great Places in Canada Competition, held by the Canadian Institute of Planners in 2013. We are very proud of our history in Wortley Village, in both the 156 and 247 locations.

About Westland Gallery
Westland Gallery showcases emerging and established artists from throughout the region, presenting a new exhibition every three to four weeks in the gallery. Our exhibitions and artwork inventory both display a large and varied selection of work by Westland Gallery’s roster of represented artists, all from within Ontario!
Believing that art should be accessible to everyone, our gallery team offers friendly customer service and we enjoy working with customers to find art that they love. Visitors will enjoy a unique gallery experience and a welcoming blend of beautiful art, heritage, and community.
