Volodymyr Tarabanov

Volodymyr Tarabanov (born 1962) is the accomplished Ukrainian painter living and performing in Ontario, Canada.

The impressionistic approach to capturing the beauty of nature and the highest grace of representational technique attained in traditional genres won him the endearment of aesthetes around the world.

Professional oil painter since 1979. Widely exhibited nationally with 10 solo and innumerable group exhibitions. Finalist of multiple national art contests, including Arkhip Kuindzhi Memorial for the best contemporary landscape painting, and 10 Biennials of National Union of Artists. Holder of Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after of K. D. Ushynsky.
