Supplies (students are required to supply):

• A variety of brushes (large, medium, and small) with a large and medium flat shape and a small round, fine tip brush
• A table top easel
• Pencil and eraser
• A palette knife
• Paint: titanium white, ultramarine blue, cerulean blue, cadmium yellow, lemon yellow, cadmium red, alizarin and crimson red
• Westland Gallery will supply a 16 x 20 canvas.

What Will I Learn?

In this workshop, students will learn to paint in a more expressive and graphic style. Over the course of four weeks, students will create a simple still life paintings and attempt to bring in new levels of graphic and bold expression. Open to all skill levels.
