Lorraine Oswald

Lorraine’s love of painting has been lifelong. She graduated from Ottawa University with an Honours Degree in Art History and Theory and over the years has taken courses with numerous Canadian artists. Lately what has sparked joy in her art are still life pieces with an emphasis on bold perspective, whimsical shapes and shadows. A flowing movement that speaks of a dialogue between objects and their background exists in her paintings.
