David Hill
David Hill is a traditional woodworker from London, Ontario, who is also interested in pre-electric mechanical mechanisms and how they are used to create motion in objects. His aesthetic is influenced by the Arts and Crafts movement, mid-century and Japanese design, and artists such as Piet Mondrian, Gerrit Rietveld, Hayao Miyazaki and N. C. Wyeth. David has never sold any of his art and is not exhibited in any art gallery anywhere in the world.
