Celebrating the life and career of London artist Eric Atkinson.
Eric Atkinson was the founding dean of Fanshawe College's Fine Art program after moving from Leeds College of Art in 1969. Retiring in the mid-1990s to focus on his career as an artist full-time, Eric interpreted the landscape and seascape from his travels through abstract mixed media paintings and representational watercolours.
This special collection includes works recently released from the Atkinson estate, spanning Eric's prolific career from the 1940s to the mid 2010s.
