Sophie Yeh-Chau

Biography

Sophie is an artist and designer based in Unionville ON. Born in a small fishing town on the Swedish west coast, her passion for painting and sculpture started early. She completed schooling in arts in her native Sweden before immigrating to Canada. Sophie paints abstract and realism and on rare occasions she will combine the styles. For this square foot show, Sophie has chosen the theme of mixed drinks as motif. The elegance in colour, reflection and composition of the cocktails translate so well on a small canvas.
