Sebastian Evans

Biography

I am an emerging artist working and living in London, Ontario. I am primarily a painter but have lately been getting into sculpture, photography, print, and digital works. The work I am sharing in the Square Foot Show at Westland Gallery ties into my series called “Ink Universe” which is a series of drip paintings using alcohol ink and housepaint. For these new paintings I added resin, to play with the random effects of ink in resin to create abstract compositions which invite an examination of space and colour.
