Giulia Morosin

Biography

Giulia Morosin graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Fine Arts from York University. She opened her first studio in 2000 offering art instruction to students of all ages. She has been planning and teaching Visual Art workshops and classes throughout the GTA since 1998.
Working as a painter she has completed and continues to paint many murals for schools in the Peel and Halton School Boards.
As an avid walker and hiker, her love of the Canadian landscape provides the inspiration needed to create bold and bright acrylic paintings. Finding shapes and layers of colour within the landscape are what bring these paintings to life. The ever changing Canadian seasons allow for experimentation in movement and expression while capturing the beauty of the land.
