Art has always been a part of me. I became serious about art while attending York University, completing as a Visual Arts major and Theatrical Arts minor. Shortly thereafter, I extended my studies into Interior Design. My education has taken me from a merchandiser, set designer through to a design consultant. My true appreciation of art began when I explored another opportunity; to teach. I am honoured to be part of the art community through many local organizations, most currently the London Arts Council, Museum London, Participation House and ArtVenture.
My art does not focus on one subject or utilize one medium. I love to explore in what small amounts of time I have to be “an artist”. Painting with more than a brush adds a playful element to many of my works; you may see a fingerprint or two.
I reside here in London with my family and am inspired every day by them. I love capturing moments around me or images that I connect to my past all the while looking ahead.
